about

Caroline has been teaching yoga since 2015 when she graduated from the Frog Lotus International 200hr teacher training. After being diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis at 21, she found yoga extremely supportive in building back strength and fluidity in her joints. Her practice and teaching has evolved a lot since then and she loves to teach slow, intuitive classes which allow space for self- enquiry. She integrates movement practices with breath awareness, encouraging each individual to adapt the class to suit them in each moment, taking what they need to feel nurtured and nourished.

She did her 500 hour teacher training with YogaLondon in 2017 and has since taken trainings in Yoga Therapy, Making Practice Inclusive, Yoga Nidra and Thai yoga massage.

She combines her love of movement and creativity and has led a number of specialised yoga and well-being classes for creatives, workshops that incorporate a writing practice and retreats in the UK and Europe themed around a variety of movement and creative practices.

She teaches on retreats, in universities, in the workplace and privately 1-1.

“Caroline is a lovely, open and supportive facilitator. It was amazing to have a workshop combining movement, breath-work and a meditative writing practice. I wish it was every week. She is a special teacher.

“Caroline installs a calm, restorative oasis to our office. Her yoga classes are the perfect way to start the day and she has consistently provided a very professional yoga service at our offices in spite of our hectic, ever changing schedules. Thank you.”
